De- mographics should entail a popula- tion of 200,000 residing within a three to five mile trade radius (preferably stemming from existing, newly de- veloped and planned high density housing communities). The shopping venue, and location within the cen- ter, must be highly visible, and afford ease of access and plentiful parking close to the restaurant entrance.
