Approx. 90 percent leased as of opening, the Asian- themed center is anchored by 99 Ranch Market and features additional tenants 85 degrees C Bakery, Bambu, Bonchn, Candy Doll Beauty, MUMU Hot Pot, Sugar Dynasty, La Salon Spa, Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, Poke Moana, Pure Organic Nail Salon, Snowlake Dessert House, Basil Delight, Tak Yuan Herbal, Fiery Shanghai, Bak Kung, KW Restaurant, Yummy Chengdu, East Bay Vision Optometry, Lern Education, Brillian Minds Academy and Pleasant Dental Care. GD Commercial is handling leasing. Equity Capital was provided by UBS in joint venture with Blake/Griggs. Construction financing was provided by Wells Fargo. Vestar is the property manager. FCGA Architecture was the project designer, and Deacon Construction the general contractor. FRESNO COUNTY FRESNO Bath and Body Works – a 3,000 sq. ft. lease for a store opening at 6587 N. Riverside Drive. Inland Commercial Real Estate Services LLC was the lessor, Michael Kennedy and Lewis Smith, with Retail California, in conjunction with Ariel Fox of Retail West, negotiated terms of the transaction. Nothing Bundt Cakes – a 1,800 sq. ft. lease for a bakery opening at the SEC of Herndon Ave. and Hwy 99. Rich Development Enterprises LLC was the lessor. Michael Kennedy, Lewis Smith and Michael Arfsten, with Retail California (Newmark Grubb Pearson Commercial) in Fresno, negotiated the terms of the transaction. A 1,811 sq. ft. lease – to lessee Jay Urabe from lessor J&V Fresno for a retail tenant opening at 8078 N. Cedar Ave. Nick Frechou and John Lee, with Retail California (Newmark Grubb Pearson Commercial) in Fresno, negotiated terms of the transaction, in conjunction with Junus Perry of Premium Commercial Group. Venus Nails – a 2,197 sq. ft. lease for a nail salon opening at 7090 N. Palm Avenue. Palm Place Investments LLC was the lessor. Michael Arfsten and Nick Frechou, with Retail California, negotiated terms of the transaction. Que Pasa – a 3,500 sq. ft. lease for a store opening at the SEC of Herndon Ave. and Hwy 99. Geek Tricks – a 1,639 sq. ft. lease for a store opening at 1170 E. Champlain Drive. Michael Kennedy and Leis Smith, with Retail California in Fresno, negotiated the terms of the lease. Chic Hair & Nails – a 1,360 sq. ft. lease for a salon opening at 3071 W. Shaw Ave. Time Square Holdings, LLC was the lessor. Michael Arfsten and Michael Kennedy, with Retail California (Newmark Grubb Pearson Commercial), in Fresno, negotiated the terms of the transaction. KERN COUNTY BAKERSFIELD Pacific Dental – a 4,971 sq. ft. lease for a dental office opening at 1403 Allen Road. Artisan Square Investments LLC was the lessor. Lewis Smith, with Retail California in Fresno, negotiated terms of the transaction. KINGS COUNTY HANFORD A 35,000 sq. ft. lease – of retail space located at 1673 W. Lacy Blvd. to Spencer J. Freeman and Sara Freeman. Michael Arfsten and Lewis Smith, with Retail California (Newmark Grubb Pearson Commercial) negotiated terms of the transaction. LOS ANGELES COUNTY BURBANK A 21,447-square-foot retail building on a 29,050-square-foot site at 810-822 S. San Fernando Blvd. have been purchased by Los Angeles-based SBH Real Estate Group, Inc. for $5.25 million in an all cash transaction. The buildings, built between 1939 and 1985 and located at the corner of San Fernando Boulevard and Valencia Avenue, were vacant at the time of sale. SBH has leased the site to Harbor Freight & Tools, and will renovate the property. Tony Maniscalchi and Mike Maniscalchi of Stevenson Real Estate Services represented SBH and the seller, Pacific Group, in the transaction. ENCINO Juice Bar – a lease has been signed for a beverage store opening at 17200 Ventura Blvd. Michael Sharon and Barbara Layner, with illi Commercial Real Estate, represented the lessee and lessor in the transaction. HACIENDA HEIGHTS Resource Employment Solutions – a 1,300 sq. ft. lease for an employment agency opened at Heritage Plaza, located at 2019.5 S. Hacienda Blvd. Gretchen Lastra, with Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga, represented the lessee in the transaction. LAWNDALE Nail Salon – a lease has been signed for a salon opening at 15685 Hathorne Blvd. An agent with Future First Realty represented the lessee. Barbara Mandujano, with illi Commercial Real Estate, represented the lessor in the transaction.
