With de- mand increasing for general and preventive care, children's dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics, many small scale regional practices have neither the business focus nor the administrative expertise to keep up with the growth pattern and in- crease their proftability. The founders formed the company with the mission of assisting dentists to focus on patients more by assum- ing the responsibility for cumbersome business functions, such as adminis- trative, fnance, purchasing, market- ing, information services and human resources. The result is that the busi- ness benefts from expertise and econ- omies of scale that enable the dental practice to operate effciently, while minimizing costs. The affliated den- tists are then freed up to deliver better care to under-served markets and to begin meeting the needs of addition- al patients who might otherwise not have received treatment. Since its formation, Bright Now! Dental has developed substantial ex- pertise in providing business support services to dentists, who have con- sequently enjoyed dramatic success in their practices as a result of being able to provide superior services at an exceptional value. Its affliated den- tal groups can provide greater fexi- bility in pricing their dental services competitively within their local mar- ket. The offces are typically located in highly visible retail locations and feature extended offce hours for af- fordable, comprehensive dental care. Bright Now! Dental offces in Califor- nia accept all major insurance plans, including Delta, MetLife and Aetna, and offer those without insurance the opportunity to enroll in the ConfDent Plan 2100 for California. Based on opportunities being creat- ed by the growing U.S. dental market, Bright Now! Dental will continue to expand through affliations with qual- ity dentists and dental groups. In ad- BRIGHT NOW!
